Diamonds - Monaye Rikard Transformation

“The Diamond In You”

Diamonds are a “transparent crystal that through the Ancient Greek meaning is proper, unalterable, unbreakable and untamed.  As women, we were created uniquely in the image of God and are clearly representation of a value that is immeasurable. Diamonds are the hardest known as ”natural” material and its hardness depends on its purity, crystalline perfection and orientation that are higher for flawless, pure crystals. The hardness of diamonds contributes to its suitability as a gemstone and its ability to endure growth stages.  Pure diamonds should transmit visible light and appear as clear colorless crystals. Diamonds are recognized in value by their cut, color, clarity and karat.

“You Are A Rose”

Roses are beautiful flowers that bloom or grow in five cycles/stages. Roses go through a pruning process when it is affected by the weather, particularly the frost from cold weather; however, the hot weather speeds up the growth process. Roses require the proper nutrients, vitamins, organic fertilizer and cutting in efforts to see healthy yet beautiful budding take place. A rose is considered a symbol of balance. The beauty of this flower expresses promise, hope, and new beginnings. Although the rose is contrasted by thorns that symbolize defense, loss, and thoughtlessness; it is also a symbol of some very powerful elements. “Sharp thorns produce delicate roses”.  The beauty of a rose is pleasing to the eye and its aroma is equally pleasing to the atmosphere. Pearls - Monaye Rikard Transformation

“Pearls Are Gems of Queens”

Pearls are the oldest known gems and for many centuries it was considered the most valuable. Unlike all gems, the pearl is organic matter derived from a living creature-oysters and mollusks. There are two basic varieties of cultured pearls; freshwater and saltwater. Cultured pearls come in different sizes, shapes and colors. Pearls are symbolic of purity, generosity, integrity, loyalty, innocence, love, simplicity, modesty, wealth, success, courage, wisdom, romance, passion, faith, harmony, stability, tranquility, confidence, dignity, self-control, and strength. Pearls are used in the scriptures metaphorically for anything of value.

“Spread Your Wings Like A Butterfly”

Butterflies are beautiful, flying insects with large colorful, scaly wings.  A butterfly’s lifecycle consist of a metamorphosis process, which consists of the following four life stages. (1) The butterfly starts its life as an egg often laid on a leaf. (2) The larva (caterpillar) hatches from an egg and eats leaves or flowers almost constantly. The caterpillar molts (loses its old skin) many times as it grows. (3) It turns into a pupa (chrysalis) which is a resting stage. (4) A beautiful, flying adult emerges. There is no growth during this stage. This adult will continue the cycle and reproduce.  Butterflies grow in its final stages of adulthood to be beautiful creatures of color, shape, pattern and symmetry. They are symbolic of positivity, heavenly, femininity, sensuality, graceful, strength, tenacity, freedom, peace, and simply beauty. Butterflies also represent positive characteristics of nature.  A butterfly is proof that you can endure a great deal of darkness yet become something “Beautiful”. Like the butterfly, we have the strength, faith and hope to believe that at our appointed time, we will emerge from our cocoon.

As young ladies and women, our lives are truly compatible to that of a diamond, rose, pearl and butterfly. We were created to be the jewels, queens, princess, and virtuous women that He has designed us to be. It is not by accident or coincidence that we were created to be “Virtuous Women”. We must see ourselves as such and believe that we are who God says that we are. In efforts to walk in our destiny we must endure the process, which will build our strength, character, faith, hope, belief, confidence and humility. The process will consist of the beginning, middle and ending but know that it is important to handle each area properly because they all are working in concert with each other to fine-tune your life for a sweet melody. Appreciate the beginning because we all need a start to measure our lives. Persevere through the middle because your endurance of challenges in the dark place is building your strength, character and self-worth. Rejoice in the end and soar like an eagle because through grace you are being sustained to live the victorious life purposed for you.
